This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for purchases made through Samuel Bifalco Software at https://samuelbifalco.com.
Samuel Bifalco Software sells digital software products, including web application code, mobile app code, SaaS application packages, AI tools, templates, source code, setup files, documentation, and related digital assets. We may also offer consulting, setup, onboarding, and implementation services.
Digital Product Sales
Because digital products can be accessed, downloaded, copied, transferred, or delivered immediately, all digital product sales are final once files, source code, download links, GitHub access, shared folder access, setup materials, documentation, or delivery instructions have been provided.
This includes purchases of:
Web application code
Mobile application code
SaaS application packages
AI tools
Templates
Digital files
Source code
Setup guides
Deployment documentation
Design or documentation files
Complete application packages
Refunds Before Delivery
If you request a refund before any digital product, source code, download link, file access, GitHub access, shared folder access, setup material, or delivery instruction has been provided, we may review the request and decide whether a refund is appropriate.
Refund approval is not guaranteed.
Non-Refundable Items
The following are generally non-refundable:
Delivered digital products
Downloaded files
Source code access
GitHub or shared folder access already granted
Setup instructions already delivered
Completed consulting calls
Missed appointments
Late cancellations
Custom work already started
Implementation time already performed
Products purchased by mistake after access has been granted
Products that require third-party accounts, hosting, APIs, or technical setup that the customer chooses not to complete
Limited Exceptions
We may approve a refund or partial refund in limited situations, such as:
Duplicate purchases
A product was not delivered
A technical delivery issue prevents access and cannot be resolved
A purchase was clearly unauthorized or fraudulent
A written refund exception is approved by us
Each refund request is reviewed individually.
Consulting and Appointment Bookings
Consulting, setup, onboarding, implementation, or strategy appointments may be refundable only if canceled before the scheduled time and before work has started.
Completed appointments are non-refundable.
Missed appointments or late cancellations may be non-refundable.
If we need to reschedule an appointment, we will make reasonable efforts to offer a new time.
Third-Party Requirements
Some software products may require third-party tools or accounts, including hosting, domains, payment processors, databases, app stores, cloud services, email services, SMS services, AI API credits, or other external platforms.
We do not provide refunds because of third-party costs, third-party account issues, app store rejection, payment processor restrictions, hosting limitations, API pricing changes, API policy changes, or a customer’s inability or decision not to set up required third-party services.

Approved Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be returned to the original payment method when possible.
Refund timing depends on the payment provider, card issuer, bank, or payment platform.
Chargebacks and Disputes
Please contact us before opening a chargeback or payment dispute. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve delivery issues, access problems, or purchase questions.
Fraudulent or abusive disputes may result in loss of access to products, services, support, or future purchases.
